Vinification: vinification in cement tanks where the fermenting must comes into contact with the skins through frequent pumping over and punching down, extracting the colouring substances and aromas. At the end of fermentation, the wine is transferred to barriques where it matures and remains for a period of 15 months.
Aging: for at least one year in the bottle.
Tasting notes: deep ruby color, consistent when flowing.
The bouquet opens with notes of strawberry, pomegranate, raspberry with aromas of violet and blood orange. Pleasant balance, fine tannin, agile and absorbable sip,
evident savory note of long memory.
Pairing: saddle of venison in berry sauce.
