Vinification: after a long soft pressing the must ferments at low temperature in steel tanks.
After a final fermentation the wine goes into barrique where it matures and remains for a period of about 6 months.
Aging: for at least 3 months in the bottle.
Tasting notes: intense and lively straw yellow color.
The citrus, aromatic herbs and wild flowers aromas give way to notes of yellow peach, exotic fruit and wisteria. Good acid-savoury interaction and pleasant nose-mouth correspondence.
Pairing: fish dishes, soft cheeses, herb-based first courses, mushrooms.
