Vinification: after a long soft pressing the must ferments at low temperature in steel tanks.
At the end of fermentation the wine is transferred to barriques where it matures and remains for a period of about 6 months.
Aging: for at least six months in the bottle.
Tasting notes: straw yellow color with golden hues.
The aromas of exotic fruit and vanilla alternate with notes of oriental spices and
candied citrus fruits.
Pairing: white truffle-based dishes, shellfish Catalan.
